Family drop-in playtime for families. Bouncy castle and little kid play area on one half of the gym, and sports stations in the other half. Parent participation is required.

Enjoy the classic postures of Hatha Yoga to stretch and release tired muscles. Breathwork detoxifies and energizes. We finish with long, deep relaxation to refresh and revitalize. Drop-in space permitting $15.24 plus tax.
Travel by charter bus to Darts Hill Garden Park, enjoy fish and chips at Moby Dick Restaurant (at your own expense), and explore scenic White Rock. Fee includes: donation to garden and charter bus transportation. Don?t forget to sign and complete the activity waiver before we hit the road. Please note details subject to change.
