Its purpose is to cultivate awareness, centeredness, sincerity, a calm mind, and mental and physical harmony through the practice of traditional sword techniques. Beginners are welcome. Ukuleles are provided for use in class (though you may bring your own if you prefer). Parent participation required. Drop-ins welcome if space permits.
