  • Kinetic Kids Movement – Parent & Tot

    This Movement Class focuses on basic gross motor skills (e.g. walking, running, jumping, and balancing.) Will take part in simple obstacle courses, agility drills, climbing and free play in a safe environment. Parent participation required.

  • Kinetic Kids Fundamentals

    This Fundamentals class develops essential movements and fundamental motor skills (e.g. coordination, balance, reaction time and agility), plus group games that emphasize teamwork and following instructions.

    The Train & Play sessions are designed for participants of all levels to learn volleyball in a low-pressure, developmentally appropriate environment.
