Volleyball: Learn to Play

This introductory program guides players into the game by building the core skills of passing, setting, attacking and serving through targeted drills, small sided gameplay and loud, fun movement challenges! Volleyball: Train & Play

The Train & Play sessions are designed for participants of all levels to learn volleyball in a low-pressure, developmentally appropriate environment. Coaches will instruct the participants on the different technical and tactical skills of volleyball using both the traditional and conceptual approach. No class Oct 13.

Recreational Basketball

Basketball for Boys (Adaptive)

The Developmentally Challenged Youth Basketball Association (DCYBA) promotes and supports the development of youth with developmental challenges through basketball.
