Yoga for Teens includes mindful poses and breathing exercises to help withthoughts, emotions, and physical sensations. This can provide teens withsome calm time for self-reflection and introspection, increasingself-awareness. This class will be a Vinyasa Flow style consisting of gentlewarming with a breathing practice, heat building, standing and floor series,and Savasana. All levels welcome. I hope to see you on the mat!
