The Marpole Youth Council is hosting a Halloween Howlers Dance Party for families in the community. We are looking for youth volunteers for help with set-up and take-down, manage stations – arts & crafts/games, assist with the bouncy castle, and photo booth. All volunteers are required to have a completed volunteer application and waiver on file and must have attended a volunteer orientation.
