Snack Bar Administrative assistants is responsible for office and snack bar support to the Community Youth Worker; organizing binders/sorting applications/ordering supplies, type emails & messages to snack bar volunteers, create menu and posters, filing, additional cleaning, inventory checks, and checking in with snack bar volunteers. Volunteers are required to have a completed volunteer application and waiver on file and must have attended a volunteer & snack bar orientation.
