Changing Aging is an evidence-based exercise program for older adults (55+ years) delivered by specially trained UBC BodyWorks School of Kinesiology student instructors. It focuses on strength, mobility, and cardiovascular health through muscle and bone strengthening exercises followed by intervals of aerobic exercise. Fitness assessments are offered at the start and end of the program in order to monitor your progress. An initial assessment at UBC is required to join the program, with follow-up assessments annually.
