Come learn proper breathing, strengthening, stretching and all the fundamentals of ballet. Students will enjoy a better understanding of their body and develop muscle memory. Having learned the essentials of ballet, our goal is for the student to improve physical awareness, have stronger core muscles, increase flexibility and stand tall with confidence. No previous experience required. Learned skills showcasing will be presented at the end of each course. All genders preferred dress code: ballet attire (bodysuit, white leggings / black tights, ballet flats); hair: ballet bun or ponytail. Otherwise, comfortably tight top and bottom (legging / tights / yoga shorts) to allow for posture correction; and socks.
