This program is designed for youth aged 13+, including athletes and those exploring various sports. The focus is on developing physical characteristics such as strength, speed, and agility, while building an athletic foundation and fundamental movement competencies. Participants are exposed to a wide range of movement patterns to develop coordination, control, and overall physical capacity that supports performance in any sport or activity. Training is progressive, age-appropriate, and structured to help youth move efficiently, safely, and effectively while reducing injury risk and supporting long-term physical development.Key Training Areas:Speed development (linear and multi-directional)Agility, deceleration, and change of direction (COD)Plyometric trainingStrength training through fundamental movement patterns (squat, lunge, push, pull, jump)Exposure to varied movement patterns for well-rounded athleticismNo session Feb 13th.
